Alex was born and raised in the heart of Little Saigon and is currently based in LA. While he found his drive for filmmaking from high school video projects, his love for filmmaking stems from growing up shooting home videos with his family.
As a child, Alex dove head-first into consuming all kinds of media, ranging from video games, movies, and music. Alex to this day wears his inspirations on his sleeve. He believes in the importance of having a voice in everything you make, and equally believes that you should have fun in every step of the process. This mindset is reflected in his work; work that is inspired by his life lessons while maintained with a sense of levity.
Alex can be found playing the latest Nintendo game and training in the boxing gym. He also enjoys working as a wedding photographer; you can find his work in the link below:
